Unfulfilled order February 15, 2010 Mr. C. Austin-haynes (Deal UK) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
This item never arrived as it was never posted. Amazon have arranged for a full refund for this item and should be in my account this week.
Both amazon and I are still mystified about the details surrounding this item.... Perhaps we shall never know!!!!!!
HP IPAQ The Business January 20, 2010 D. Howard (Hertfordshire UK) Well this pocket pc, is one of the best purchases I have ever made, the wireless on it is crucial to my day to day living, absolutely fab product.
Superb Product January 7, 2010 M. P. Rogers (Gravesend, Kent) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This really is a nice piece of kit. Windows built in. I connected to my ISP with no problem and set up two email accounts. The built in wifi works very well. The low on-board memory can easily be solved by popping an SD card in the top of the unit.(No unscrewing panels to get to it!) I have inserted a 2gb card which is more than adequate. I read my e-books on it play music and videos. The battery life is a vast improvement over earlier models and shouldn't cause problems when you're out and about.
A good all rounder and it looks pretty cool too. A purchase worth making. Go and get yourself one.
Poor product August 14, 2009 P. R. Saddleton (UK) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
The IPAQ was faulty from day one - similar to others' reported faults. Battery life minimal, sometimes it would not even turned on when on the charger and said it was fully charged. Returned the item; after chasing they said that they had sent me another one but it must have got lost in the post so would refund me. They gave me back what I paid for the IPAQ but said they would also refund postage I paid to send it back; guess what, they didn't.
Problems with memory upgrade February 7, 2007 J. Dean 15 out of 23 found this review helpful
The PDA is fine, but will not work with a memory card in situ. Contrary to what you might read, SD cards in axcess of 1GB memory are not supported by HP or the SD card manufacturers for this device.
I bought a Kingston 2 GB SD memory card based on a review of the iPAQ and it is not recognised by the PDA and no one can (or will) give me any help. A waste of money.
